Founded in 2000, i-Chips Technology is a fabless manufacturer specializing in the development, design, and sale of general-purpose large-scale integration (LSI) for video and image processing, including resolution conversion, IP conversion, and image distortion correction. The company also engages in the contracted development of custom LSI and LSI licensing. By focusing on video and image processing LSIs, the company’s products, which utilize the industry’s most advanced technology, are widely used in display devices such as projectors, monitors, signage, and multi-displays, as well as in office equipment like copiers and factory automation (FA) devices, including cameras and inspection machines.
IMAGICA Entertainment Media Services was established in 2021 to provide a full suite of end-to-end (E2E) services for entertainment contents globally.
Leveraging the experience, technology and creativity of top creators and engineers, we provide services including creative production and post-production services for movies, OTT contents and animation; content distribution services consisting of delivery, physical media authoring (DVD, BD, UHD) and localization; film processing, as the founding business since 1935, restoration and archiving services.

IMAGICA GEEQ was established in 2023 as IMAGICA GROUP’s new company dedicated to the gaming business. The company provides a comprehensive value chain of gaming production to gaming businesses worldwide, from planning and development of games, art production (3D and 2DCG), localization, and debugging to placement of talents specializing in gaming. From a single point of contact, customers are linked to the entire process of game-making guided by the company’s experienced experts, who consistently create quality work every step of the way.
Established in 1979, IMAGICA Cosmo Space is a comprehensive video production company with integrated production and technological capabilities. The company’s production business began with TV commercials and has expanded into various fields, including planning and producing events for immersive experiences, creating exhibition videos for large screens, and making corporate videos. Concerning video shooting technology, the company participates in sports events such as the annual Hakone Ekiden (university relay marathon) live broadcast on Nippon Television, and it possesses expertise in broadcasting and streaming music events. In 2023, the company installed a large-scale broadcasting vehicle to meet the demands of various live entertainment events. Additionally, the company dispatches engineers to television stations. In December 2024, the company’s name, brand concept, and corporate logo were updated. The company will continue to astonish and inspire the world through the power of video with the newly announced brand concept, “Atsumaru, tsunageru. Tsuzuku, hirogaru,” meaning “to gather connect, continue, and expand.
Since its establishment in 1997, IP Motion has been growing its business with the philosophy of contributing to society by being a trusted ICT partner to its customers and providing valuable services. The company offers ICT solutions to the various issues that firms and individuals face. It addresses many challenges, including MVNO, Wi-Fi environment design, network and power construction, network and system monitoring, server facility designing and construction, closed SIMs, ultra-high-speed lines, satellite IoT, and business process outsourcing.
IMAGICA IRIS emerged in 2019 as the first venture of the IMAGICA GROUP. “Making your encounters with advertisements happier” is the company's motto, and creativity is the strength of this digital agency. It offers one-stop marketing and promotional services focused on the planning and production of web videos, content, and marketing, connecting its clients with their audiences.
OLM was established in 1994, followed by OLM Digital in 1997. The OLM group produces computer-generated content, including children’s favorite anime, Pokémon, and VFX videos. The businesses are further expanding through TV episodes and movies for international audiences. The OLM Group creates video content with ardent passion, aspiring to bring greater enjoyment to people and enrich the hearts of many with its creation. The group delivers smiles and amazement to all enthusiasts of moving images.
Photonic Lattice is a venture company at Tohoku University that was established in 2002. The company develops its original optical element “photonic crystals” for the optical metrology and lighting control. It designs, manufactures, and sells applied products such as “polarization measurement devices” and “infrared spectroscopy measurement devices.” With a vision of being "a company focused on LIGHT," Photonic Lattice addresses customers' potential problems and issues by leveraging its unique optical technology.
Established in 2007, Photron Medical Imaging was originally a section within Photron, the ME System Section. The company develops, manufactures, and sells a range of DICOM products for hospital cardiology departments. These products, branded as Kada, include DICOM viewers, DICOM video servers, reporting systems, fluoroscopic image recording and distribution systems, surgical video recording and distribution systems, and video recording and distribution systems for cardiology departments.
Established in 1974, Photron manufactures electronic application systems for consumer and industrial markets. The company traces its origins to a subsidiary of J. Osawa Group Co., Ltd., known as the Osawa Laboratory, which was founded in 1968. Since its laboratory days, Photron has consistently developed high-quality hardware and software using original and advanced technologies to achieve “image (processing) that only we can do.” Today, the company operates under the slogan “Niche but Top” (the leading company in a niche market), guided by a fundamental philosophy of fostering trust through customer satisfaction. The company continually strives to develop “the first of their kind in the world” products and expand globally as a leader in image processing technology. P.I.C.S. spun out from MTV Japan in 2000. The company plans and produces videos for music, live shows, commercials, films, dramas, anime, and more across all genres. It manages talented creators such as directors, scriptwriters, and animators while consistently pursuing innovative expressions through diverse talents. The company continues proactively expanding its business into new areas, including planning and developing its intellectual properties (IPs) and graphics, creating interactive content for shopping complexes and exhibitions, and enhancing spatial design and audience experience through expanded video. The company’s challenge of offering “amusement and amazement” to audiences around the world through the exploration of new creative fields will continue.
ROBOT COMMUNICATIONS INC. (ROBOT) was founded in 1986 by Shūji Abe as an advertising planning company. Over the years, the company has expanded its production scope to include television commercials, films, computer graphics, animation, web design, mobile games, and graphic design.
ROBOT made its foray into filmmaking with the release of Love Letter in 1995 and has since produced numerous feature films and dramas distributed worldwide. Notably, the 2003 film Bayside Shakedown 2 set a record for the highest box office gross of any live-action Japanese film at that time. In 2009, ROBOT’s animated short film La Maison en Petits Cubes won the Oscar for Best Animated Short Film at the 81st Academy Awards.

Picture Production Company is a leading company that produces promotional materials and content for the global film industry.
Founded in 1992 by weathercaster Masamitsu Morita, WEATHERMAP commenced operations as a private weather company in 1995 when the government liberalized weather forecasting. The company has since offered a wide range of weather-related services with a business pillar focused on “communicating” weather information. Drawing on its presentation expertise, the company will continue to develop content with high-added value to meet the needs of each diversifying media type. The company will also assist individuals in becoming weathercasters with a unique style, delivering weather information with a human touch that is unmatched by other companies.

With locations in Burbank, Culver City, London, Berlin, Cairo, Cape Town, Seoul, and Tokyo, the company primarily serves Hollywood’s major film studios, broadcasting stations, and digital streaming providers, utilizing state-of-the-art workflows supported by its proprietary technology.
IMAGICA EEX was established in 2020 during the rapid spread of the infectious virus, driven by a vision and determination to create a new form of entertainment, serving as a beacon of hope for the future. With a mission to “Expand the experience. Create the future,” the company has been creating content and businesses that merge technology with creativity, continuously expanding and enhancing its business scope as an experience design company specializing in spatial design and experience planning. Established in 2001, Media Solutions is a professional video and audio system integration company. The company has a proven track record of delivering over 3,000 units of the Avid Media Composer Software turnkey system (AVEWS series) to broadcasting stations, cable television networks, post-production companies, government agencies, and schools.
Cinema Connect began operations in April 2023 as a joint venture between IMAGICA Entertainment Media Services and Toho Co., Ltd. We have gained extensive experience in the replication and distribution of theatrical print film and Digital Cinema Package (DCP) over many years as a film laboratory and built pioneering achievements in Digital Cinema within Japan. Cinema Connect offers a comprehensive range of services for film distribution and exhibition. These include our proprietary DCP electrical delivery service, as well as 24/7 theater support and operational support for cinema advertising.
